My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although clean and well-appointed, had an issue with the key that took some time to resolve, and the sofa bed for our granddaughter wasn't ready on time, which was quite disappointing. However, eventually, the room was comfortable and clean, equipped with everything we needed.
